Emmanouil Skourtis
More than 30 years of corporate finance experience in M&A, restructuring, valuations, special situations and liquidations. Headed the M&A and Restructuring practices at KPMG for 5 years. In 2015-16 he acted as the monitoring trustee of Piraeus Bank and the Agricultural bank of Greece, reporting to the EU DG Competition. More recently, he was Chairman of Olympus Bank. Since 2019, he has been an Associate Partner at Capstan Capital Partners. Held senior positions (CEO, CFO) in large Greek and multinational firms.
Marco Severi
More than 16 years experience in investment banking, covering M&A, structured finance, and alternative capital financing. He is a senior partner at Capstan Capital Partners, a London-based corporate finance boutique firm with focus on small / mid cap companies, where his responsibilities include deal origination, structuring and execution. He also conducts due diligence on investments. Marco’s prior investment banking experience was at Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital in London.
Thomas Konstantakatos
More than 10 years experience in banking, venture capital and asset management, including fixed income trading. Thomas began his career in shipping finance for a major Greek Bank. He later moved to a family office with diversified investments in finance, tourism and agriculture, where he was involved in sourcing new opportunities and investments. He later joined IREON Ventures VC fund, where his responsibilities included portfolio management, reporting and sourcing investment opportunities.
