The Fund seeks to invest in their target companies at different levels of the capital structure, as most appropriate for each investment opportunity. The strategy allows the Fund to provide funding through convertible bonds, common equity and hybrid instruments. In all cases the goal is to provide fresh capital and new liquidity to the target company.
We invest in companies that have positive brand status, quality products and services, scalable production capacity and good management. FOS CAPITAL’s focus is in export-orientated SMEs with significant presence in Greece and which are not early-stage or startups: mature companies must have a minimum of three (3) year track record of sales with turnover between 5 and 25 million euros, although we are prepared to deviate from those criteria if the investment opportunity can bring significant value to the fund.
The Fund is sector-agnostic with focus on the key sectors like Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Food Processing, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, Health & Pharma and export-oriented services, without excluding other sectors if we can identify quality targets.
